  • Communications Committee Town Hall

GVIS Central Office 3457 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC, Canada
    Virtual 이벤트

This Town Hall is an opportunity for the fellowship to help us understand why members may be hesitant to volunteer, what barriers groups are experiencing, and what support or changes might make service more accessible. We want to hear directly from groups and individuals about: • What prevents members from signing up for phone shifts • What training or resources might make service easier • How Home Groups feel about participating in the rotation • Any concerns, misunderstandings, or practical obstacles • Ideas for strengthening and sustaining this vital 12 Step service • The purpose of this Town Hall is listening, learning, and collaborating. The Helpline is one of the most direct ways we carry the message to the still suffering alcoholic, and we want to ensure it remains strong, welcoming, and supported. All members are invited to attend, share their experiences, ask questions, and help us identify constructive solutions. Your voice matters, and your perspective will help shape the future of this essential service.
