Please send it as soon as you have your volunteers confirmed.

The password for each helpdesk is different as of Feb. 2024.  They are:

  • Helpdesk 1      Password: Service1
  • Helpdesk 2      Password: Service2
  • Helpdesk 3      Password: Service3

Please ensure all your volunteers are trained on the phone system before their shift.
The password for the Online Telephone Room is Service.

**Note that a group may only select either the Central Office Phone Room or remotely for each shift.

No visitors are allowed.

There is a maximum of three people and a minimum of two members over 3 months sober.  If remote or in-person members names must be given to staff.
